Description
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q-07-T-0015 is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-16. Th is solicitation is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. NAICS for determination of size status is 334516 Small Business Standard is 500 employees. CLIN 0001, Quantity 12 Months, Calibration of 4 YSI Inc., Model 6920 Multi-parameter water quality monitors o utfitted with temperature, specific conductance, vented level wiped turbidity by factory authorized and trained field technician. Services shall include cleaning and calibrating of level, specific conductance and turbidity to include the replacement of th e optical wiper and desiccant vent. Calibration solutions, wipers and desiccant for monthly calibration and maintenance. Contractor must download and submit data from all gauges to the Mississippi Army National Guard and the University of Southern Mississ ippi within 10 days of maintenance. This testing/calibration will be conducted at Camp Shelby, MS, located approximately 10 miles south of Hattiesburg, MS on Hwy 49 South. Contractor must coordinate with Camp Shelby Range Control for access prior to site visits being conducted. Failure to coordinate with Camp Shelby Range Control will require a repeat visit to the visit to conduct monthly maintenance and will be at no additional cost to the Government. Contractor will be compensated should prior coordin ation with Camp Shelby Range Control occur and the Contractor is then unable to perform required services due to firing on the range. Services shall begin upon award of contract and continue for 12 months. CLIN 0002 1 year for maintenance and repairs made based on parts required and hours actually worked.
