- Description
- Joint Contracting Command Iraq/Afghanistan on behalf of the Gulf Regional Division (GRD) Reconstruction Logistics intends to solicit a contractor to provide professional air cargo transportation and handling services for U.S. Government and coalition forces assets being distributed to/from the air terminal sites located at Baghdad International Airport (BIAP) and Basrah Air Field (BSR), to/from locations throughout the country of Iraq. The contractor shall provide the necessary resources, management services, expertise and all required equipment for sustained operations to meet mission requirements.
