- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to enter into a contract on a sole source basis with Q-Matic Corporation for Q-Matic software upgrades for the following items: Q-Matic Pharmacy; Q-Matic Pharmacy Refill and Q-Matic Lab. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
