- This Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. The Air Mobility Command (AMC) Specialized Contracting Branch, 507 Symington Drive, Rm W202, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5022 is in the process of conducting market research to determine the availability of interested sources capable of providing FIREBERD 8000 PACKAGES, Part Number- FB8000-P2, quantity of 4 each shipped to Travis AFB, CA 94535-2906. The period of performance is 45 days delivered after receipt of order. Request interested offerors capable of performing these functions submit a price and capability statement to the above address on or before 3 April 2007 at 3:00 P.M. CDT.. The information may be sent by email to: naomi.brown-02@scott.af.mil The capability statement should include: (1) A brief description of the company including history and business size (large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), HUBZone certified, or woman owned); (2) Description of the supplies and services provided by the company including the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS); and (3) Identify past and present contracts (including GSA contracts) where similar supplies/services have been/are provided, to include contract number, point of contact with telephone number and company address (including ZIP PLUS FOUR zip code), contract dollar value and type (fixed price, cost-reimbursable, etc.), brief narrative of what supplies/services being provided, and payment arrangements. The page limit for the capability statement is 15 pages. You may also submit a sample of your current commercial contract that identifies your terms and conditions and performance work statement. This request for information is not a commercial solicitation and the Government will not pay for any information submitted, or for any costs associated with providing the information.
