- The 23rd Contracting Squadron/LGCB is seeking to establish a Basic Purchasing Agreement (BPA). This agreement will be established for the below listed requirements as requested by Moody AFB and Avon Park Air Force Bombing Range: Dry Ice Compressed Aviators Oxygen to include Cylinder Rental cost for 7108 Liters, 3000 PSI. Compressed Nitrogen to include Cylinder Rental cost for 7108 Liters, 3000 PSI. Oxygen ? DOM to include Cylinder Rental cost for class D, E, H, & M cylinders Oxygen ? LOM to include Cylinder Rental cost for class D, E, H, & M cylinders Oxygen ? Med (LOM) to include Cylinder Rental cost for class D, E, H, & M cylinders Oxygen ? LOX to include Cylinder Rental cost for class D, E, H, & M cylinders Oxygen ? EOM to include Cylinder Rental cost for class D, E, H, & M cylinders Oxygen ? SOX to include Cylinder Rental cost for class D, E, H, & M cylinders Carbon C-50 to include Cylinder Rental cost for class D, E, H, & M cylinders Hydrogen 30 CF to include Cylinder Rental cost for class D, E, H, & M cylinders Liquid Nitrogen to include Cylinder Rental cost for class D, E, H, & M cylinders O2 to include Cylinder Rental cost for class D cylinders It will be required that the contractor be able to make delivery to both the following locations: Moody AFB, GA 31699 Avon Park Air Force Range, FL 33825-9381 All prices will be good for one year from establishment of a BPA. Contractor must also be able to receive Credit Card as payment. Please indicate your interest as a potential source for this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by providing a quote for these supplies no later than 14 March 2007, 2 PM Eastern Time. Your offer must include the name, address, and phone number of a point of contact. CCR enrollment is required for establishment of a Contract; registration can be initiated at www.ccr.gov.
