- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Denver Acquisition & Logistics Center intends to solicit and negotiate firm-fixed price indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract(s) for Lumbosacral Corsets 10 and 12 inch. The quantities vary per line item and will be noted within the solicitation package. Items awarded will be mandatory use for VA Prosthetics and Sensory Aids Services. The contract period will be for a base period plus three (3) one-year periods. If offeror is not a manufacturer, a signed agreement between the offeror and the manufacturer must be submitted with the offer and remain in effect for the duration of the contract period, including options. Contracts will be established using competitive negotiated procedures. Applicable NAICS code is 339113. This procurement will be a small business set-aside. VA DALC intends to evaluate offers and make one award per line item. The solicitation will be available for downloading, on or about April 9, 2007 at internet website: http://www.fbo.gov.
