- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify firms capable of providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to Rebuild Rappahannock Entrance Aids to Navigation, U.S. Coast Guard ANT Milford Haven, Hudgins, VA. Major items of work include the following: 1.1 Stingray Point (LLNR 7325). 1.1.1 Remove and salvage existing aids to navigation equipment at Stingray Point Light located at latitude 37-33-43N and longitude 076-16-23W. 1.2 Windmill Point Light (LLNR 7330). 1.2.1 Remove and salvage existing aids to navigation equipment at Windmill Point Light located at latitude 37-35-48N and longitude 076-14-12W. Equipment will include three (3) 6? x 6? dayboards, one (1) 250mm lantern, one (1) 20-watt solar panel, one (1) Delco battery, and any other usable lighting equipment to be returned to the U.S. Coast Guard. Contractor is responsible for safe removal of indicated equipment and will remedy any damage to such equipment at no additional cost to Government. The prime contractor shall perform a minimum of 15% of the labor at the job site with employees from its own workforce. The NAICS Code for this project is 237990. Vendors interested in performing this requirement are invited to provide the following information to USCG CEU Cleveland no later than April 4, 2007.
