- The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection is seeking industry comments relative to the attached DRAFT Statment of Work (SOW) for the Sale of General Order, Abandoned and Unclaimed Merchandise. All comments shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, in writing, at the following address: sonya.harmon@dhs.gov. PLEASE NOTE: Telephonic inquiries/comments will not be accepted nor answered. Only those comments/inquiries directly related to the DRAFT SOW will be considered. Please include a point of contact (name, telephone number, email address) so that the CO may request comment clarifications, if necessary. The DRAFT SOW is provided as an attachment to this posting.
