- Description
- The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services will issue a solicitiation for Train the Trainer services as a full and open competition on April 10, 2007. Interested offerors are encouraged to register on the Interested Vendors List. Questions about the Train the Trainer solicitation should not be submitted to the Contracting Officer or Contract Specialist at this time as solicitation requirements are still being developed. Offerors are encouraged to wait until requirements are identified on April 10 and then follow the instructions for submitting questions as identified in Section L. Statement of Work Background: The Contractor shall be responsible for developing a training plan and shall assist in the plan?s implementation and present Train the Trainer sessions as needed. To implement the plan(s), the Contractor shall at a minimum: schedule and facilitate training conferences; develop a training manual covering the conference content; develop content for print materials including articles, fact sheets, and brochures related to the conference as necessary; participate in post-training conference activities such as providing answers to questions that arise during the period of performance of the contract; develop four (4) web-based training courses in support of Train the Trainer programs on new Medicare initiative or policies; and arrange for and conduct 10-12 Train the Trainer educational conference calls with up to 20,000 participants simultaneously.
