- THIS SYNOPSIS IS HEREBY CANCELLED - AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER GSA SCHEDULE CONTRACT Provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material to maintain an unarmed, uniformed security guard service for the Northeast Marine Support Facility, 166 Water Street, Woods Hole, Massachusetts. 1) Contractor shall provide Guard Service at the NOAA Ship HENRY BIGELOW?s temporary field operation pier, Newport Naval Station, Pier 2, Newport, RI., Est. 2,490 hours per year. OPTION ITEM: 2) Guard Service for Visiting Vessels and/or the BIGELOW as may also be requested at alternative New England Piers, such as Woods Hole, MA or Boston, MA, Est. 100 hours per year. Period of Performance: April 1, 2007, or date of award, whichever is later, through March 31, 2008, with an option to extend performance for an additional two years. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This acquisition will be issued as an RFQ and awarded as a firm-fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is S206 and NAICS Code is 561612, small business size standard is $11.5 million. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned.
