- THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING AND PRINTING IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. This is an Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract for Multi-trade facilities construction, maintenance, repair and remodel work. Task orders will be issued for this work at various locations on the Boise, Payette, and Sawtooth National Forests. The Contractor shall provide for all management, supervision, labor, material, supplies, transportation, equipment and incidentals required for a broad range of construction, maintenance, repair, and remodel work on the Boise, Payette, and Sawtooth National Forests. Work will be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the basic contract and as specified in each Task Order. The Contracting Officer will issue individual task orders for each project as part of this contract. Individual task order projects will vary in size. The Contractor will be required to perform multi-discipline construction, maintenance, repair, and remodeling work using common trades. The common trades may include, but are not limited to trades such as carpenters, plumbers, electricians, laborers, equipment operators, roofers, concrete, masons, painters, well drillers, trades identified in the Davis-Bacon Wage Determination and other trades common to the construction industry. Work shall include the preparation of Task Order Proposals to include project scoping, cost estimating and development of Task Order specifications and/or requirements. The effective period of this contract is from the contract award date of approximately 5/17/07 and not to exceed two calendar years of 5/27/2009. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
