- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1560-00-622-7818, IQC07075009019, Carriage Assembly. An ?Export Control? TDP exists for this NSN. The TDP will only be released to Export Control Certified Requestors. Eligible requestors should submit TDP requests via the following website: https://pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/ if export control certification is required, request a DD form 2345 from Defense Logistics Services Center, www.dlis.dla.mil. This requirement for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. This requirement will be issued as a small business set-aside. Proposals will be based on the estimated annual demand quantity of 180 each for the base year and 180 each for each of the option years. Award will be based upon a combination of delivery, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation with delivery and price being more important. FOB at Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil .
