- LINE ITEM 0003 CHANGE FROM WHITE TO WHEAT. THE QUANITY OF LINE ITEM 0003 REMAINS THE SAME. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Yazoo City, Mississippi is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ-31511-0007-07 3RD QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE BREAD. is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23. The North American Industrial Code is 311812. This solicitation is FOB destination. The solicitation is unrestricted. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. Kosher items offered on this bid must be certified by a nationally accepted orthodox Jewish Certification Agency. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. All responsible businesses may submit a quote. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous offer to the Government based on price and performance with price will be rated higher than past performance.
