- The DHHS/PSC/Mid America CASU contracting office intends to issue a request for proposal, RFP on behalf of the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Head Start Bureau (HSB). The HSB is in need of a contractor to provide support, knowledge, information and experience for the Head Start and EHS grantees through electronic and materials dissemination. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of twelve (12) months, with four (4) twelve month option periods. The solicitation will be issued approximately fifteen (15) days after issuance of this synopsis and will be made available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Only electronic copies of this solicitation will be made available. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. No telephone requests for the solcitation will be accepted. This requirement will be conducted as a total 100% SET_ASIDE FOR HUBZone SMALL BUSINESSES. NOTE:This is a MODIFICATION issued to the previously posted synopsis to correct the "TITLE" to read as follows: CUSTOMER SERVICES IMPROVEMENT PROJECT HHS/ACF REGION VII. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-DEC-2006).
