UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Northwest Broward County The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 1,888 Rentable Square Feet, yielding 1,642 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet of office and related space in Northwest Broward County within the following delineated area: North: Sawgrass Expressway. South: I-595 East: From Sawgrass Expwy going south, 441/State Rd. 7 south to Commercial Blvd., west to University Drive (State Rd. 817), south to I-595.University Drive West: Sawgrass Expressway Three to five (3-5) reserved parking spaces are required for government vehicles. Public parking must be located within a 2-block radius of the site. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy as soon as possible. The building must be located in a professional surrounding and/or tasteful rehabilitation in current use. Streets and public sidewalks must be well maintained. Building offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. The offered space must not be located within the 100 year floodplain. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
