- LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IN CEDAR CITY, UTAH REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 15,000 contiguous BOMA rentable square feet of office space in a quality building of sound and substantial construction in Cedar City, Utah, for occupancy by APHIS. The space must have a public entrance and a separate, designated entrance. The building may be existing or build to suit, however the building must be single tenant only. The Government also requires a minimum of 20 on-site, parking spaces, and parking for the handicapped. Offered properties must be located within the Municipal Airport of Cedar City. The facility. Contiguous space is required. Space and parking must be capable of being accessible to the physically challenged, capable of a high degree of life and fire safety, and the entire property must be located outside the 100-500 year floodplains. All services, supplies, utilities, property taxes, cost of property management, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the Cedar City Airport in Cedar City, Utah. LEASE TERM: 15 Years, 10 Firm. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall be submitted no later than Monday, April 9th, 2007, and include the following: 1. Building Name and address 2. Available Rentable Square Feet 3. Rental Rate per square foot. 4. Common Area Factor (BOMA rentable vs. usable square feet) 5.
