Description

The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt intends to make a sole source award to Pioneer Network Inc., 1406 York Road #202, Lutherville, MD 21093. The sole source determination is made in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 --- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Pioneer Network Inc. is the only authorized reseller/installer of Centercore brand office furniture for West Virginia. The upgrades and installation are an integral part of the requirement and, as the only authorized reseller, award must be made to Pioneer Network Inc. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All submissions received within five (5) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Submittals may be forwarded to the Bureau of the Public Debt, Division of Procurement Services, 200 Third Street, Avery 5F, Parkersburg, WV 26106 or by email to PSB2@bpd.treas.gov.
