- Description
- The U.S. Navy is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to determine availability of Foreign Comparative Test (FCT) non developmental item (NDI) based Data Distribution Service, allowing additional capabilities to be added easily and cost-effectively. Service /software controls wide/local area network remote Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), and Information Operations (IO) assets from a variety of vendors, with capability to automatically fuse intelligence to provide comprehensive and timely situational awareness, support intelligence analysts enabling responsive IO capabilities including initiation of appropriate active system responses/actions. Other desired capabilities include support of detailed audio analysis and the ability to control narrowband assets connected to sensors in a comprehensive and mature user-interface that allows effective performance in a wide range of operator experience levels. Comprehensive filtering of intelligence to isolate and position-fix key threats and networks is also desired. Preceding capabilities should be evidenced in a high technology readiness level (TRL) product. For more detailed information describing how to respond, please see the attached word document.
