- Description
- The purpose of this action is to procure the development of Logistics in support of a Distributed Operations (DO) S&T roadmap which will describe technology-based capability options for the future and will involve completing a capability-based gap analysis, evaluating candidate concepts and proposing S&T responses. The Aerospace Systems Design Laboratory (ASDL) at the Georgia Institute of Technology has developed a Strategic Planning Process (SP2) proprietary software package consisting of a number of decision making tools which collectively translate complex engineering and logistics data into dynamic graphical tools to exercise in a wargaming environment. The SP2 software package was developed by, and is unique to ASDL. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five (45) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Note 22.
