- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, FL (NSWC PC) intends to solicit competitive proposals for full and open competition to manufacture twenty-five (25) sets of MK 103 sweep wire as per the drawing package that will be accompanying the solicitation. One set is comprised of 1 set Starboard outboard wire (600 ft.,) one set Starboard inboard wire (600ft), one set port outboard wire (600 ft) and one set port inboard wire (600ft). This procurement also includes an option for an additional 25 sets of MK 103 sweep wire. A technical proposal is required. Award will be on the basis of the lowest price technically acceptable offer. NSWC Panama City intends to release the solicitation electronically only on or about 12 April 2007.
