- This is a notice for the intended sole source effort to MOOG, Inc., Seneca Street at Jamison Rd., East Auora, NY 14052-8533, to deliver UnderSea Training Device Spares, DV 21C7A. The parts to be supplied consist of the following: QTY 2 (CLC097033-307) MRC incl Ethernet card+SW for Device 21C7, QTY 2 (MIO 01097) DIC, QTY 2 (MAM03107) Motion Amplifier, QTY 8 (5x20 Fuses (Set)) 5x20 Fuses (Set), QTY 2 (Arbor TB-24R/24) 24 relay output board, QTY 2 (Arbor TB-24P/24) 24 input board, QTY 2 (6EP1 336-2BA00) 24 VDC Power Supply, QTY 2 (480VAC-2000VA-230VAC) Transformer - 480VAC-2000VA-230VAC, QTY 2 (Mswitch8poort) Switch, QTY 2(MSERCOSCARD) Sercos Card, QTY 2 (Sk 3325100 230vac R) Cooling Fan MCB - Sk 3325100 230vac R, QTY 2 (M22-pv) Emergency stop button, QTY 2 (M22-dl-r) Push button (reset), QTY 4 (Sets)(M22-Led K10) LED (set includes M22-K01 and M22-K10, QTY 2 - Estimated Freight related charges for shipping. This contract will be awarded per the authority at 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, ?Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.? MOOG, Inc. is the sole responsible source to have specific electronic/electrical, fit, form, and functional characteristics used with the trainer parts currently in use for device 21C7A, and the Maintenance Manuals used with the trainer. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement as prime contractor. The Government will consider any company believing they have the capability of satisfying this requirement, and are invited to provide a technical capability statement. A determination by the Government not to compete the procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. An award shall be issued on or about 11 April 2007. This procurement will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
