Description

The National Park Service intends to issue a Prospectus for proposals to operate the Beanery a food service facility at the historic Kelso Train Depot within Mojave National Preserve. This is a new Business Opportunity. The term of the new Concession Contract will be for ten (10) years. Any offer must be received by the Concessions Program Manager, National Park Service, Pacific West Region, 1111 Jackson Street, Suite 700, Oakland, California 94607 no later than sixty-four (64) days from March 27, 2007 in order to be evaluated and considered for award of a Concession Contract. The Prospectus will be issued on March 27, 2007, for a 64-day response periord under the terms described in the Prospectus, with proposals due on May 30, 2007, no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). There is a printing cost recovery charge of $50 per copy to be delievered via Federal Express or $40 per copy if picked up in person. Checks or money orders (no cash or credit accepted) must be payable to the National Park Service; and you must include a business address (no post office box) to receive a Federal Express package.
