- Western Regional Contracting Office, Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, Washington is currently seeking sources for Various Consumable Orthopedic and Spinal Surgical Implants. NOTE: ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE FDA APPROVED, and meet the surgeon/patient requirements. If your company can provide this type of products, please respond to this notice via e-mail to angela.a.dexter@us.army.mil and provide company name, point of contact, address and size of business. Central Contractor Registration and ORCA Representations and Certifications must be current to be considered. It is the Government intent not to award contracts to vendors for which Madigan Army Medical Center has historically purchased less that 12 implants per year; however, the Government res erves the sole right to waive this threshold on an individual vendor basis. A determination not to compete these proposed contracts based upon responses received is solely at the discretion of the Government. A solicitation will not be issued.
