- Notification is provided of the intention of the U.S. Army Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) to issue a sole source award for a firm fixed price simplified acquisition procurement purchas e order to COMSOL Inc located in Burlington, MA under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This order is to purchase Multiphysics-based Solver and Data Visualization Sofware (COMSOL) including Chemical Engineering, Earth Sciences, Script and CAD Import Modules. Required software must be compatible with modeling capabilities and COMSOL software used by Jackson State University Computational Center for Molecular Structure and Interactions in meeting the ERDC mission.
