- This notice is released to announce a U.S Army Corps of Engineers District, New Orleans requirement for grass mowing of grounds, edging/trimming, trash and debris removal, herbicide application at Keystone Lock . The Request for Quote is for a firm f ixed price, performance based service contract to be competed under solicitation W912P8-07-T-0083 This contract will be for a base and four(4) option years. This action is Unrestricted under NAICS code 561730, size standard is 6.5mil. The RFQ and all in formation pertaining to this acquisition will be made available electronically through the Federal Business Opportunities electronic posting system web link at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. It is and will continue to be all potential offerors responsibility to monitor the fedbiz website for any amendments updates offerors library, responses to questions and answers as the government will not be maintaining a mailing list. It is incumbent upon all potential offerors to download from the fedbiz website. Any co mmunications must identify the RFQ number, W912P8-07-T-0083 company name, address, phone number including area code, facsimile number and point of contact. No phone call request will be accepted. The anticipated solicitation release date is 3 April 2007 with a due date of 12 April 2007. NOTE: Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) which is required by Federal Regulations (See FAR 52.204-7004). Therefore you must be CCR registered to be awarded this project and payment from any DOD activity. Information on registration may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun & Bradstreet. Recommend registering immediately in ord er to be eligible for timely award.
