Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will be issued .The contract period o f performance will be from date of award for a one base period of performance with four one year option periods (to be exercised by the Government). This is an unrestricted requirement that will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract under Solicitation Number W912EQ-07-R-0007. Leasing of 300 parking spaces at a single parking facility at one location within 3-block radius of the Clifford Davis Federal Building, located in Memphis TN. This procurement will be conducted under FSC Code: X224, SIC 7521 and N AICS Code: 812930.
