Description: The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for mowing, cleaning and general operations and maintenance services for Grayson Lake. Approximate time will be remaining calendar year 2007 with one year option period. The n ot to exceed amount of this contract is $205,000.00. The work consists essentially of mowing, cleaning and general operation and maintenance services in public use areas of the projects. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors A. Past Performance, B. Management Plan, C. Equipment and D. Price. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinate Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation a nd has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government all factors considered. A pre-proposal conference will be held on 24 April 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Grayson Lake, 50 Launch Ramp Road, Grayson, Kentucky 41143. This solicitation will be available for download on or about 10 April 2007, online at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. This proposed procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
