- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; FSC 2610, 166 each non-directional tires in strict accordance with drawing 13015971, Revision - , dated 01/18/07. Type: Tube Type; Size: 9.00 16 LT; Rim Width: 6.5 ; Load Range: E; Tread Type: Non-directional; Tire Pressure: 37 PSI; Rim Flap Cover: I ncluded. Note: Only the item described on the drawing when procured from the vendor listed heron is approved. A substitute shall not be used without prior approval. Approximate solicitation issue date is March 27, 2007, with the closing date approxim ately 7 days from issue. Once issued, copies of the solicitation will be available for download from the Army Single Face To Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil. It will be the responsibility of the contractors to check this website for the issuing and any changes to the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be distributed. The proposed contract is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification Code is 423130, 500 employees. This procurement will be Firm Fixed Price, 3 year IDIQ. Buy American Act will apply. Mill Test Reports will be required with each shipment. This is a DO A5 rated under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).
