- Description
- Contractor shall provide a functional exercise for the CST and target community that fosters participation at the local level. Local is defined as city, county, and as applicable for support purposes state department and/or agencies. Target partici pants include local emergency management, fire departments, law enforcement, applicable emergency medical services and health care facilities. Training exercise shall include the necessary planning and coordination meetings, conducting an introductory or functional table top exercise, conducting the full scale exercise, with the local community, including an appropriate number of consulting staff, and a written after action review. The exercise must be conducted under simulated WMD conditions and have a d uration between eight and twelve hours. The Contractor shall have executed at least five functional CST exercises similar to the described herein. The planning and training of the exercises shall be from June through September 2007. The FSC is R408 and the NAICS is 611430.
