- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) is requesting proposals, on behalf of the U.S. Army Center of Military History (CMH) Museum Division Washington, DC, to provide full Sized Museu m Figures to CMH. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed priced type BPA for the period of 5 years after receipt of the contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All offers must be in accordance with the enclosed Instructions t o Offerors and Statement of Work.
