- On behalf of the U.S. Army Research Institute and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, the Contracting Center of Excellence intends to award a purchase order (under the simplified acquisition threshold) on a sole source basis to Sirsi Corporation to p rovide software maintenance. The purpose is to provide maintenance and support services renewal for interlibrary acquisition, catalog, and circulation. The Stilat software is only distributed by Sirsi, Corporation. There is NO solicitation document. Th is notice is not a request for quotes.
