- Description
- The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Oehler Research Inc., 1308 Barclay Drive, Austin, TX 78746. The contractor shall provide the a coustic scoring system computer controller and acoustic scoring targets. Oehler Research is the only distributor of their acoustic scoring system for small arms ammunition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334519 and the size standard is 500. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 11:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time, March 30, 2007. This notice of i ntent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
