Description

SOLE SOURCE NOTICE: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one Small Business source, (Danlin Products, Inc.). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Sole Source is based on follow-on contract for continued production of specialized equipment authorized under FAR 6.302-1 (a) (2) (ii). Previous contracts include; FA2517-05-P-9020 and F05604-00-M-5027. Requirement PROVIDE Ten each, 30 inch, top and bottom plates which are machine milled to met very exact standards approved by the joint configuration control board for Big Crow Program Office. Danlin Products Inc. has manufactured the same item under previous contracts which met all weight and balance criteria, functional testing and stringent configuration controls for the Air Force RD&E air platforms. NAICS is 332710.
