- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO SOLE SOURCE - Contracting Office: HQ 75th ELSG/KA, MAFB-Gunter Annex AL. Renewal of Educational Site License ESRI ArcGIS - ArcView, ArcEditor and ArcInfo - single license agreement for unlimited quantities. Period of Performance: 04 Apr 2007 through 03 Apr 2008. Software is manufactured by ESRI, Inc. and is proprietary. Intention: Award to ESRI, Inc., a large business, a purchase order for educational site license software described above. Justification: Services or supplies are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Duration: Period of performance is 04 Apr 2007 through 03 Apr 2008. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 5 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
