- This notice is issued to obtain commercial sources qualified and interested in providing a commercial item proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for maintenance of teleradiology equipment at Ellsworth AFB, SD. The contractor shall provide for all parts, labor system hardware, firmware and software changes on the following pieces of equipment at the 28 MDG on Ellsworth AFB: ADC QS Hardware, ADC Compact Plus and Drystar 3000. The performance period is to be determined upon award of contract. This solicitation will be solicitataed as full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The Standard Industry Classification Code is 7699 and the Small Business Size Standard is $6,500,000. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 28 March 2007. The solicitation may be obtained by downloading through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) (Vendor). Hard copies will not be available. Offerors must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html and must also register at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov/. Only one contract will be awarded. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost evaluation factors. The non-cost evaluation factors for this award shall be the proposal and drawings submittal. To be considered technically acceptable, the contractor certifies with a signed statement that his proposal includes all the work listed in the SOW, and indicated in their drawing. The proposal shall also include a submittal schedule and index of the proposed specification sections for this project.
