- Sources Sought: Seeking Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms, and/or 8(a) firms that possess the expertise, capability, and experience to provide housekeeping service for the new Fisher House located at the James A. Haley Veterans? Hospital, Tampa Florida. The Fisher House is a hotel type facility used by veteran patient?s family members. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 and the Small Business Size Standard is $15M. All interested firms responding to this Sources Sought Notice must ensure their response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the VA to determine the firms? qualifications to perform this service. The contractor must have experience in providing the same or similar services. The contractor will be required to employ an effective Quality Control Plan in performing the contract. Interested firms must provide the following information: company name, address, point of contact, telephone and fax number, email address, and category as either SDVOSB or 8(a). Past Performance: List your three most recent contract awards for like or similar work, to include Client?s Name, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Description of Services, Dollar Amount, and Period of Performance. A Site Visit will be held and the date and time will be provided in the resulting Request for Proposals (RFP). A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is available upon request, and firms are urged to examine the SOW before responding to this notice. Based upon responses to this notice, the VA will determine the type of set-aside to be used for the resulting Request For Proposals.
