- Provide all labor, material and equipment to complete ECRC Improvements at the VA Medical Center, Building 1, Beckley, WV. Work will include general, electrical and mechanical trades. All work shall be completed in accordance with all Federal, State and OSHA regulations. This procurement is 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
