- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. proposal will be requested for various sewing equipment. The solicitation number is CT1833-07. The solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code is 333298 and small business size standard is 500. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price, Definite Delivery/Definite Quantity type contract for delivery to FPI Leavenworth, KS. The period of performance shall be 90 days from date of award. Delivery date required is 45 days from date of award. The sewing equipment is considered to be commercial items. The solicitation will be be posted on or about March 23, 2007.
