- This is a presolicitation notice for commercial items. United States Secret Service anticipates awarding a fixed price contract under FAR Part 12. The NAICS code is 334613 magnetic and optical recording media manufacturing and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees per the Small Business Administration. This procurement is 100% set aside for a small business. The anticipated date for posting Solicitation HSSS01-07-R-0017 is three to five days after this notice.
