- This is a multiple award, indefinate delivery indefinite quantity firm fixed priced contract for repairs, renovations & expansion of the IHS Hospitals, Health Care Centers, Quarters Units and related buildings within the States of South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska and Iowa. The contract period of performance is one base year plus two one year options. RFP 241-BI-2007-3554 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. Project magnitude is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 The Indian preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract. There is a $25.00 non refundable charge for each set of solicitation documents. This is to modify the current advertisement: Set Aside Notice: This will not be a Buy Indian Set Aside. The procurement set-aside under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, FAR Part 19 as unrestricted full and open competition.
