- Research and Development in Chemical Sector Information Services Sandia National Laboratories is seeking cooperative research and development partners in the field of chemical industry information for a range of projects addressing industry needs. We are particularly interested in partners with the capability to gather information on the structure of global chemical markets and the technologies and locations of the production facilities (and their associated transportation service mechanisms) that supply those markets. Prospective partners must be able to demonstrate a proven record of accomplishment providing useful and insightful information to industry, and must be able to commit to a multi-year development program. Sandia will contribute expertise in infrastructure interdependencies, system of systems engineering, data mapping and fusion, advanced modeling and simulation, ethnographic design, and semantic technologies.
