- Description
- Colville National Forest HVAC Supervisors Maintenance Contract. The Colville National Forest located in Northeast Washington requires building maintenance services on the Supervisors Office located at 765 South Main, Colville, WA. The work is located in Stevens County, Washington State. The building is two stories and 21,676 square feet. The Contractor shall furnish all management, labor, equipment, supervision, tools, materials, transportation, operating supplies, supervision, workmans compensation, unemployment insurance and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specification and provisions of the contract. The Contractor shall provide maintenance, mechanical system maintenance and operational services. Other services include tours and adjustments, preventive maintenance, service calls, repairs and replacement, building mechanical systems, HVAC electrical and plumbing system architecture and structures inside and out. Replacements materials and equipment replacement will be Government Furnished. The effective period of the contract will be from August 1, 2007 through July 31, 2008. The contract will have two one-year options which the Government may elect to exercise which will extend the effective period through July 31, 2010. This project will be advertised as a written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP) rules and Commercial Items rules. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about April 11, 2007. Quotes are estimated to be due May 11, 2007. The actual due date will be listed in the solicitation. The proposed project listed here is a 100 percent small business set-aside. NAICS code is 561210, size standard $32.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be posted at this site on the issue date.
