- This will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside Acquisition and will be solicited unde the FAR 13.5 Commercial Test Program. The Solicitatiuon will consist of 8 NSN's: 5340001772145 5340011468163 5340011810021 5340011967840 5340014228659 5340014243103 5340001331217 5340010721780 This will be a 1 year base with, 4 one-year oprions. The Government is requesting a Delivery timeframe of 90 days ADO and FOB Destination. Offering of FOB Origin will be subject to additional evaluation factors. In determining contract awards, the Contracting Officer will make a comparative assesment of each offer received based on their performance risk utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS). The resulting Solicitation will be made on the BSM DIBBS Website. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. The Following Notes apply: 1 & 12.
