- PR#: IQC7018009005 Solicitation #: SPM5M407R001 Nomenclature: Gaskets, Seals and O-Rings RFP Issue Date: 04/16/07 RFP Due Date: 05/16/07 The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia-Maritime Detachment is seeking proposals from business entities interested in supporting worldwide demand for gaskets, seals and o-rings. This procurement will be for a stock Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to be awarded under FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation is for a potential five year contract for various approved/acceptable source NSNs. The IQC will be for a two year base period, with three one year options. The procurement will require pricing for 23 unrestricted core NSNs. The quantity requested will be stated as the annual estimated quantity (AEQ) and will vary for each NSN; this solicitation will not include option quantities. A delivery time of 120 days after the date of each order by FOB destination is requested. If the need arises to add additional items, this will be completed on a post award basis via the Add/Delete Clause. The following numbered notes apply: 12 and 13. Price and past performance will be equally important. DSCP reserves the right to award contract(s) resulting from solicitation SPM5M407R0001 to multiple contractors.
