- See numbered notes 26. NSN 2940-01-311-4218 - Filter Element Intake, being bought in accordance with Yanmar Diesel America Corp (0AK42) P/N 114650-12591. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type contract for one year, plus up to four option years. The estimated quantity being procured is 895 to be shipped to various stock locations within Conus, FOB destination. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at Http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 04/09/2007. Hard copies will not be available. This acquisition is not set aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 242 in 45 days and an additional 121 per 30 days. A written quotation is required and is to be returned to the Bid room DSCC-PBAA by the date and time specified.
