- Defense Logistics Agency, Enterprise Support, HDI Federal Center, Attn: DRMS-WC Randy Powell, 74 Washington Avenue North, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3092 Special notice to of intent to award a sole source order to DecisionPath Consulting . The Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) requires Two (2) two day training classes for the Introduction to Business Intelligence as it relates to Data Warehousing. 30 Students per class. Due to the particular and unique business and data warehouse implementation at DLIS, the contractor is required to tailor the course material to the business environment at DLIS by consulting with key DLIS employees on Data Warehousing operations. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, the Government intends to award to DecisionPath as this is a follow-on requirement under FAR 6.302-1 (2) iii(A) as there is substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. If there are any firms who feel that they can be competitive and can satisfy this requirement, please contact the contract specialist, Mr. Randy Powell, at Comm: 269-961-7110 to request the RFQ. RFQ issue date 27 Mar 2007. Submittal of a proposal from the RFQ is due by close of business 30 Mar. 2007.
