- (i) This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the solicitation. (ii) The solicitation number will be HC1013-07-T-0057. (iii) This will be solicited as a Limited Source procurement (Name Brand). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430. (iv) This requirement is to provide Sanctuary Device Control for Windows and 2 years Annual Software Maintenance for a quantity of 2000 licenses at DINFOS/ITO in Fort Meade, MD. (v) Companies who can provide the above listed sofware license and maintenance renewal must request a copy of the solicitation not later than COB 01 April 2007 via the following address: lisa.kraft@disa.mil . The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The justification detailing the government?s essential need for Sanctuary Device Control software is attached.
