- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space in FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA The United States Government seeks to lease Office Space consisting of approximately 10,465 rentable square feet of contiguous space located above the ground floor in Fargo, North Dakota. Covered parking is required for twenty (20) vehicles adjacent to the leased space. Parking spaces must be paved, sloped for drainage, and lighted. The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, fifteen (15) years firm and should be fully serviced. A Central Business District location is preferred. The complete delineated area is as follows: North: 19th Avenue South: 52nd Avenue East: Red River West: Interstate I-29 Preference is for an existing building. Both existing and build-to-suit locations will be considered. Setback requirement may be waived for an existing building. Setback for a build-to-suit is 20 feet minimum. If a build-to-suit is required, first floor space will be utilized for certain portions of the space and office space will be located on the second floor. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 06/05/08. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
