Description

LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IN PRICE, UTAH REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 11,000 contiguous ANSI/BOMA rentable square feet of Class A (first-class) office space for occupancy by the United States Mine Safety and Health office. Space required is approximately 7,500 square feet of office space and 3,500 for a garage adjacent to the office space. The space must have a public entrance and a separate, designated entrance and be entirely located on the first floor. The Government also requires a minimum of 60 on site, parking spaces, and parking for the handicapped. Public transportation must be available within four blocks of building. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the city of Price, Utah. LEASE TERM: 20 Years, 10 Firm. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall be submitted no later than Monday, April 9th, 2007, and include the following: 1. Building Name and address 2. Available Rentable Square Feet 3. Rental Rate per square foot. 4. Common Area Factor (BOMA rentable vs. usable square feet) 5. Owners name, address, and phone number and interested party has legal authority to provide information and make an offer.
