- NAICS Code: 335999: The government is seeking sources to manufacture and deliver two mobile target trailers for use by Range Control, Marine Corps Air Station, Yuma AZ. Each trailer must be capable of storing and transporting up to 40 portable infantry target lifters. Dimensions of lifters vary somewhat by manufacturer but are generally about 15?x 18?x 9? and weight about 25 pounds each without batteries. The trailer must be capable of highway speeds and strong enough to haul over unimproved roads in a desert environment. They must provide for secure storage when parked and locked. They must provide power and ventilation for charging target lifter batteries while parked. Each Trailer must have the following attributes and equipment: 102 x 14? Cargo Trailer w/ reinforced frame, 12? on center Heavy duty tubular steel walls Triple tube tongue 3400 pound stabilizer jack with handle and sand pad (pair) Rear ramp door, 4000 pound capacity Power, fanned roof vent 110v (2) A/C provision, 110v 36 inch work bench across trailer front (no drawers necessary) Tongue mounted generator, 6.5KW with 8 hour fuel capacity and protective box 110v, 50 amp panel with 36 foot lifeline and lifeline door 110v switch 110v fluorescent lights (2) 110v outlets (five with four outlets each) White interior and ceiling liner White exterior Wall off front wall for work bench cabinets Cabinets to extend 30 inches from right and left side walls 20 foot external electrical hook up The anticipated delivery date of 90 days after contract award.
